EdTech Talents Joins ERA TALENTS Projects for Knowledge Exchange in Malta
On 8 October 2026, representatives of five ERA TALENTS projects came together at the University of Malta during the ERA SHUTTLE Summer School to exchange experiences, discuss common challenges and explore opportunities for stronger collaboration between EU-funded projects.
The meeting brought together representatives from EdTech Talents, ERA SHUTTLE, USE IPM, SECURE-NET and Talent Pass EU. EdTech Talents was represented by Janika Leoste from Tallinn University.
The discussions focused on organising effective secondments, supporting participants, overcoming administrative challenges and transforming individual learning experiences into lasting institutional improvements. Sharing practical solutions and lessons learned provided valuable insights for all participating projects.
An important takeaway was the need for more regular exchanges between ERA TALENTS consortia. Such collaboration could help projects address common challenges, share successful approaches and strengthen their long-term impact.
Special thanks go to Marina Coricciati from CERIC-ERIC for bringing the projects together and facilitating the discussions.
