Service idea

Challenge: When higher education institutions and educational technology businesses collaborate, they encounter a number of challenges. One of the most significant issues is Compatibility and Integration.

One of the most difficult difficulties is ensuring that educational technology tools and platforms can be integrated with higher education institutions’ current systems.

This can be especially difficult if the technology was built for a different purpose or if the institution employs a proprietary system.

Solution: One way to handle compatibility and integration issues when higher education institutions and educational technology companies interact is to create explicit communication channels and procedures from the beginning.

Furthermore, educational technology solutions that are designed to be compatible with current systems or offer powerful application programming interfaces that allow for easy integration may be useful to institutions.

Finally, it is critical for institutions and technology providers to develop explicit data privacy and security rules to guarantee that student data is secured and that technology fulfils the institution’s standards and compliance needs.
