Aija Sakova

PhD Aija Sakova (born 1980) is a Manager of Business Cooperation and Knowledge Transfer and the Head of Research Administration Office at Tallinn University, Estonia.
Aija Sakova’s research background lies in humanities, she is a comparative literary scholar who has worked both as a researcher and as an administrator of research and culture. The last 2,5 years she has been responsible for development of research and knowledge transfer support structures and services within Tallinn University. She is a member of Tallinn University’s senior management (rectorate) and the head of two support structure units.
Last 2 years she has also been the Tallinn University’s coordinator for an entrepreneurship capacity building project in creative fields and arts – C-Accelerate.
